Welcome to The Cake College. A calm, friendly place to learn baking and cake decorating, whatever your starting point.

Our classes take place in our beautiful barn and are taught by a supportive team with years of professional experience. We focus on clear, approachable teaching that builds confidence as you go. Whether you’re a complete beginner or keen to finesse more advanced skills, you’ll find a class that feels just right.

From baking fundamentals and piping techniques to cupcake artistry, sugar flowers, fondant modelling and tiered celebration cakes, our courses cover a wide range of skills. We offer half-day workshops, full-day classes and multi-day masterclasses. All of our classes are relaxed, enjoyable and genuinely achievable.

Since 2014 we’ve welcomed students from across the UK and even further afield. Everyone is welcome here. Our classes are inclusive, encouraging, and designed to help you get the most from your time with us (and to surprise yourself a little, too).​
