Beginners Bread Class

This class is aimed at complete beginners to bread making, and by the end of the day you will have made a range of delicious bread and bakes.

Your bakes will include rosemary and sea salt focaccia, white bloomer, honey wholemeal tin loaf, cinnamon buns and cheese and herb rolls.

All equipment is provided, and we will be happy to help with any questions at all you may have about bread making during the class. You will leave the class with a new confidence in bread making, and you will also be emailed class notes which include each tried and tested recipe so that you can recreate your bakes at home.
