GANACHE CAKE CLASS
This class is all about the art of chocolate ganache, and will teach you how to create stunning ganache celebration cakes.
You will make a single tier vanilla cake, covered with white chocolate ganache in a textured finish, and decorated with piped ganache and sprinkles. You'll bake all of your own cakes and make your own ganache, as well as your buttercream for filling your cake.
This class will teach you the fundamentals of creating ganache cakes, including how to troubleshoot common ganache problems, and what ratio of chocolate to use for white/dark/milk chocolate ganache.
This class is ideal for those who are new to ganache. By the end of the class, you will know how to create a set of tried and tested classic recipes that work every time, be able to tweak recipes to suit your occasion, and be able to confidently create your own beautiful ganache cakes.
